NOOOR Interior Architect Paris, a made in France agency in pursuit of eclecticism
Three interior architects and a decorator make up the NOOOR team. Directed by Philippe Tasso, Séverine Rebout, Laurent Klein and Augustin Le Claire, the agency carries out creative and elegant projects, eager to fulfil everyone's wishes.
A quartet of decoration that should seduce those who do not know it yet.
Whether it be apartments, private homes, boutiques, offices or hotels, this independent collective puts all its know-how at the service of its ever-growing and demanding clientele. Seeking to create a perfect balance between rigour, tradition and modernity, this complementary association of professionals presents universes imbued with naturalness and sophistication.
After studying at ESAM Design, Ecole Supérieure des Arts Modernes, (Philippe Tasso, Séverine Rebout) at ESAA Duperré, Ecole Supérieure des Arts Appliqués (Laurent Klein) or at the Nantes Atlantique School of Design (Augustin Le Claire), each of them had a professional life before joining forces and founding the agency in 2007. The name NOOOR was not chosen at random. It means "light" in Lebanese. For them, "architecture is above all about bringing light into a place".
Gathered around a common passion, their work reflects the diversity of their past experiences. The architecture firm creates custom-made interiors to satisfy the most singular and personal desires of their clients, while confronting the ideas of each one. Rigorous and guided by a fine analysis of the spaces, the quartet respects the history of the place in which it works. Nothing is left behind. The influences are varied and reflect a desire for balance between tradition and modernity. The agency relies heavily on its expert eye, its creativity and its ability to unearth rare pieces that will compose a coherent unity and a new overall vision of the place it invests.
But that's not all. NOOOR also creates, designs and produces bookcases, tables, glass, lighting and kitchens, everything that can contribute to the optimal layout of spaces and perfectly match the client's desires.
NOOOR stands out for its cosy atmospheres, its strong and colourful universes. It is in 2010 that the agency has made its mark with the renovation of the Hotel Concortel located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris near the Madeleine. A district of haute couture houses and department stores, this ideally located hotel was designed as a 1930s Parisian apartment that could have belonged to a fashion designer. The architects and interior decorators, by mixing know-how and elegance, gave the place a real identity. Warm and feminine at the same time, everything is luxury, calm and well-being. The work undertaken for the "Hermès room" inspired by the square of the famous brand founded in 1837 is particularly noteworthy.
It is above all creativity, combined with the diversity and richness of the employees' experiences, that makes NOOOR a house of character.
